Cardiff was voted the most affordable city in the UK for students in 2019 https://www.topuniversities.com/where-to-study/europe/united-kingdom/cardiff-most-affordable-city-uk-students which makes finding a home a breeze!

As well as being affordable, the city has so much to offer, there is something for everyone. A huge choice of the best shops, the Millennium Stadium for international sport and fantastic concerts, as well as historic Cardiff Castle right in the middle of it all. In the evening Cardiff has a booming night life and is home to pubs, clubs, and great live music venues. Cathays and Roath are the central student areas, having their own set of great amenities, from pubs and bars to local shops and restaurants and only a 15 min walk to the centre of Cardiff.

Canton and Pontcanna have the best arty places to go with art galleries, the Chapter Arts Centre, great coffee shops and restaurants. Roath is home to the eclectic City Road with eateries offering every type of food under the sun. It is also a city of parks and has more parkland per person than any other city in the U.K. In the summer you can grab an ice cream and go rowing on Roath Park Lake. If it's water sports you like, head down to Cardiff Bay, where as well as boats, you'll find some top events and cultural attractions, including the Millennium Centre, The Doctor Who Experience and a range of restaurants and bars. Cardiff’s location means that it is great to travel to other places for day trips, with both mountains and coastline within a 45 min drive.

Pinnacle's Cardiff branch is on Senghennydd Road in Cathays, opposite the new Maths building. We have a larger office at 30 Richmond Road, Cardiff, CF24 3AS where our HQ and Property Management department is based. We offer a wide range of homes; anything from studios, flats, shared houses, family houses, new builds and maisonettes. There is a great selection of lets for professionals, with some fantastic flats around the popular area of Cardiff Bay, and an increasing amount of houses in up and coming area’s like, Grangetown and Canton. If you are looking a little further afield, then we cover areas like St Mellons, Rhymney, Castleton and many more.

In 2019 we launched our serviced apartment department, specialising in providing accommodation for short breaks and weekend stays. So if you have friends or family visiting but not enough space for everyone, we can help you with that too!
