Converting a tenancy agreement into an Occupation Contract - this is the administration and issuing of paperwork required by the Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2021. | £200 | £240 |
Deposit registration - The charge for registering a security deposit taken from the contract holder with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. | £30 | £36 |
