New Newport City Centre Office. Pinnacle Letting Agents celebrated the opening of a new city centre office on Wednesday June 1st 2011. Their newly refurbished shop on Station Road positions Pinnacle in the heart of Newport’s growing property market. It will provide a dedicated lettings service for landlords and tenants. Pinnacle's Regional Manager, Sarah Plumley said “The new city centre office is a turning point for Pinnacle in Newport. Moving to a more prominent position has been part of our growth strategy for some time. This is an excellent location and I look forward to expanding the business further in Newport and the surrounding areas.”
The move marks a fresh start for the business. After already establishing itself as a well respected agent in Cardiff, Pinnacle first came to Newport 6 years ago as a franchise branch in Maindee. Initially, the company was aimed at the student market. But since coming back under Pinnacle’s main group management two years ago, it has expanded into all lettings sectors. It now has a broad range of properties attracting professionals, families and students.
Pinnacle has been trading since 1997. It has branches in Cardiff, Newport and Treforest and manages over 850 properties across South East Wales.
