National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS).
Pinnacle is one of only six companies in Cardiff accredited by The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS). NALS is a Government backed accreditation scheme which offers peace of mind to landlords and tenants through the knowledge that the firm they are dealing with offers clearly defined levels of customer service. NALS Operations Director Isobel Thomson said, "NALS service standards are the consumer’s benchmark against which to judge the performance of letting and management agents operating in the private rented sector and we are delighted to welcome Pinnacle into the Scheme."

The NALS Criteria.
Pinnacle meets NALS' strict criteria which includes:-
- Offer defined standards of customer service to consumers which meets the NALS accreditation criteria
- Hold Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Hold Client Money Protection Insurance cover
- Provide a written Customer Complaints Handling Procedure to consumers on request
- Meet defined accounting standards in dealing with Client Money and hold clients' money in a bank account separate to that of the firm's funds
