  The Service

Familiarisation visit - Pinnacle will meet the developer on behalf of the Landlord

The snagging liaison service includes:-
- Initial inspection with the developer and listing any main faults found (this is a general inspection and does not include electric points and heating systems etc.)
- Collect buyers pack and keys (pack will be issued to future tenants)
- Arrange access with the builders
- Check up visits
- Complete two weeks buyers inspection
- Complete six weeks buyers inspection
- Check apartment if any further, additional work has been done by the contractor

Setting up ready for tenants:-
- Arranging for fixtures and fittings including carpets, curtains and furniture
- Check meter readings
- Cutting spare keys
